Insurance Requirements for Trainers and Events

All trainers at our facility and event sponsors who rent our facility for events are required to carry an insurance policy for $1,000,000 for each occurrence and in aggregate.

In addition, the following must be listed as "additional insured" on the policy (note: insurance agents are quite familiar with this.):

Additionally, we request that this be filed with the Lone Oak office at least two business days prior to the first lessons at the facility, to enable correction of any incorrectly issued certificates. Failure to do so could result in postponement of first lessons.

For events, we request that the insurance certificate be filed with the office within a week of paying the deposit, and it must be received at least one week prior to the event.
